Eddie G. Rosdhal
EDGE (EDDIE GLENN)

Sydney Harbor
Following the path of adventure has been the direction Eddie has tried to travel. But too many times responsibilities have taken over, with hopes and dreams being put on hold. He knows that all roads lead to the creativity that is formed by the pot holes or thorns of life. With the hopes and dreams continuing, his biggest dream is to spark an adventure in others. Eddie’s hope is to continue on with life’s challenges and interpret it through his art.
Eddie has been painting and creating all his life, enjoying surrealism, watercolors, photography, sculptors, woodworking, or any media needed to create. He studied art at Trevecca University in Nashville, Tennessee. After graduation, he has lived in various states and settled in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for 14 years. There he traveled around the world, set up art shows, and also worked on enriching his photography skills. In 1999, Eddie moved back to his home towm in Winston-Salem, NC and opened three different studios in the downtown arts district. He also had rented space at the Blacklion in Concord Mills Mall in Concord, NC to sell his photography and art.
Eddie has always tried to find an edge in his art and this also shows in his photography. He has never claimed to be a great photographer but in every photograph, hours are spent in adding an artist perception to add that edge. "Always trying to find the edge is the key in art and in life" is Eddie's constant thoughts.
Eddie is helping Celebrations of Life of St Paul, MN as an artist and photographer for legacy ideas and book covers. He also was the still photographer for the movie “Outer Dark”, an adaptation of the book written by Cormac McCarthy that was filmed in North Carolina. In addition, Eddie has partnered up with the Carolina Balloon Fest to do their photography for their balloon shows.
Art and photography collections of Eddie’s work are nationally owned. Some of the corporations are:
